De niet zo groene, groene smoothie
Eerlijk is eerlijk, soms is het lastig om onze kinderen genoeg vitamines en mineralen binnen te laten krijgen. Maaaaaar.. wat er altijd wel in gaat is een goede smoothie.
Naast slapen en genoeg beweging hebben we die vitamines toch echt nodig.
Nou is deze smoohtie echt een vitaminebom met veel fruit en een verborgen groente.
You need:
een blender/mixer.
1 banaan
handje rood fruit. Dit mag van alles zijn.
250 ml Sinaasappelsap
1 el honing
2 grote handen spinazie.
eventuele opties: avocado en/of havermout. Lees hiervoor de tips onderin.
You Do: (lastig lastig deze hoor ;) )
snij alles al een beetje in kleinere stukken zoals de banaan
mik alle het fruit in de blender samen met de sinaasappelsap.
mix dit goed door elkaar.
voeg daarna de 2 handen spinazie toe en mix dit nog een keer door totdat je geen groen meer ziet ;)
Tadaaaaa.. je niet zo groene, groene smoohtie is klaar. Makkelijk toch!
Wil je de smoothie iets romiger hebben --> je kan eventueel nog een halve avocado toevoegen. Let wel op: een avocado is gezond, maar een stuk hoger in calorieën dan bijv. spinazie. Wel heel lekker uiteraard.
