Makkelijke kippensoep

Soep is altijd goed toch?!?
Zeker een zelfgemaakt kippensoepje met zoete aardappel.
Even opwarmen na een regenbui, als je een griepje hebt of gewoon voor de lekker: helemaal als R in de maand zit komt deze kippensoep goed uit.
Met weinig ingrediënten zet je zelf een heerlijk soepje in korte tijd op tafel. Stokbroodje erbij en je hebt een lekkere maaltijd.
Needs:
- 2 kipfilets
- 2 zoete aardappels
- 1 prei
- 4 wortels
- 2 bouillonblokjes
- 1 hand vermicelli
- 1,5 liter water
- Grote soeppan
- Boter/olie
Do,s:
1. Schil en snijd de zoete aardappel in kleine blokjes.
2. Snijd de prei en wortels in kleine stukken.
3. Bak de zoete aardappel in boter/olie 5 minuten op middel-hoog vuur in een grote soeppan.
4. Voeg daarna de prei en wortel stukjes toe en bak nog 2 minuten door.
5. Doe daarna 1,5 liter water en de 2 bouillonblokjes bij de groentes.
6. Roer goed door totdat het kookt.
7. Voeg dan de 2 kipfilets toe & laat het 20 minuten koken.
8. Haal de kipfilets eruit en scheur in kleine stukjes. Dit kan met de hand, maar ook met 2 vorken is dit goed te scheuren.
9. Voeg nog 1 hand vermicelli toe en laat het nog 5 minuten koken.
TIP: wil je net een beetje extra bite? Dan kun je ervoor kiezen om er een klein beetje sambal doorheen te doen. Zeker weten dat het bij een verkoudheid lekker los komt ;)
